What are the benefits of ordering catering online?

The process is completely transparent. You can explore the menu options trough pictures, the content of each product is described in great detail. No waiting for offers, no back-and-fort, no room for misunderstandings. You can place your order at your convenience- order from your bed, the beach or the office. Take your time to make the menu your own.

Do I need to register and what are the benefits?

We would like to know each and every one of our client personally, so we would like for you to register before making an order. From your account you can track your orders, save a lot of time on repeat orders and participate in our loyalty program.

How do I create an account?

To register click on Registration in top left corner of each page and fill in your details:
Name and surname, mobile phone number, email.
It will only take a second.

How do I place an order as a Business customer?

The registration and ordering process are no different for Business customers.

Why should I order catering for my event 48 hours in advance?

We strive to use high quality fresh ingredients in preparing our food and this requires a great organization. To make sure that we can deliver your order, please place it at least 48 hours in advance.
We can execute your urgent requests only after conformation. Please keep in mind that additional 15% will be added to your final price.

How do I know how much food to order?

Think about the number of guests, the time and place of the event and how long it is estimated to run. 

Is there a limit on the minimum and maximum order size?

There is a set order minimum. Your order should be at least 100 lv. of value for weekdays, and no less than 300 lv. for weekends. There is virtually no limit on the maximum value. Please note necessary preparation time on our part increases with order volume.

How much does shipping cost?

The price for delivery within the city of Sofia is 5 lv.. Free delivery for orders over 300.00 lv..
At this time we do not deliver to addresses outside of Sofia.

What kind of container will the food arrive in?

We will deliver the food in plastic disposable containers. For formal events we can also offer china. The fee is 9 lv per platter. Our team will pick up the platters after the event is over. To order food in china please click on I want china tableware when finalizing your order.

When will my order arrive?

On time! In the order form fill out your desired delivery time and we will make sure your order arrives no later than that time. We deliver orders between 7:00 and 20:00 on weekdays and according to workload on weekends. Remember to give yourself a little time before the guests arrive.

How do I pay for my order?

A variety of payment methods are available for you to choose from during the order process.

  • Credit card on delivery (Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa, MasterCard cardholders);
  • Credit and debit card online payments (for Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa, MasterCard);
  • Payments through ePay
  • Bank payments*

How do I cancel or change my order?
